Smashed avocado on toast


Ingredients :

1-2 ripe avocados

Pinch or 2 of dried chilli flakes

1 large garlic clove

Olive oil

Squeeze of lemon juice (no seeds)

Salt and pepper

Fresh coriander

1-2 slices of toasted sourdough bread

Method :

Peel the avocados and remove the stones. Chop the avocados and place them in a bowl, adding the chilli flakes, grated garlic, lemon juice and a splash of olive oil. Season with some salt and pepper and grab yourself a fork to mash until you get the consistency you want (chunky or smooth) up to you. Take 2 slices of sourdough and lightly toast under the grill.

Dress with with some fresh chopped coriander.
