Merry Christmas

Merry Christmas everyone

Well it’s been difficult getting into the Christmas spirit this year. I’ve been feeling more like Scrooge than Santa. But after wrapping some Christmas presents last night having a little festive tipple and eating a dozen mince pies while rocking around the Christmas tree it’s finally beginning to look a lot like Christmas

This is definitely going to be a much different Christmas than last Christmas, with the rules and regulations that have been implemented, do they know it’s Christmas time ?! They have definitely made sure there’s no driving home for Christmas but this guys, is well and truly out of our control once again, so we must step in to Christmas, and make the most of what really, is the most wonderful time of the year.

Will we get a white Christmas?... Will frosty the snow man make an appearance ?!

It would make for a wonderful Christmas time if we did. I think if we we’re to get snow this Christmas my kids (and myself) would be walking in the air. Where as the the wife will be like ‘baby it’s cold outside’.

For one of my kids this could well be the last year she believes in Santa she still thinks I believe in Father Christmas, I still tell them about the time I saw mummy kissing Santa Claus while they were under the mistletoe and wine, and thats why mummy refers to him as Santa baby...but it’s nothing to do with Mary’s boy child.
