Yorkshire Pudding

Ingredients :

140g plain flour

4 eggs

Olive oil / oil spray

200ml milk

Salt and pepper (just a pinch)

Method :

Heat the oven at 220c and drizzle olive oil or spray your Yorkshire pudding tin and place it in the oven. Then get yourself a large bowl and add the plain flour and the 4 eggs. Beat together until lump free then gradually start adding the milk and whisk until it’s a nice smooth texture. Add a pinch of salt and pepper then transfer your mix from the bowl to a jug. Remove your hot tin from the oven and carefully pour the mix into the holes evenly. Place your tin back into the oven for 20/22 minutes at about 200c (Do not open the oven door) until they are ready to come out of the oven. Otherwise they will not rise like you want them to
