Creamy Chicken thighs

Ingredients:

8 chicken thighs

2 onions

4 Garlic cloves

200g Mushroom (I didn’t,don’t like them)

2 tbsp dijion mustard

300/400g creme fraiche

1/2 tbsp Tarragon

Method:

Fry off the chicken thighs until slightly brown add the onions and garlic continue to fry off for 5 min , Then add the mustard, tarragon and creme fraiche season with salt and pepper then leave to simmer for 5 more minutes before placing it in the over for 25/30 minutes at 180c

Serve with seasonal vegetables and a slice of bread or two

(optional of course)
